What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using your credit or debit card with PayPal or Klarna. (Don’t have a PayPal account? That’s OK – you don’t need one to use it!)

With Klarna, you can also choose to buy now, pay later, or split your payment into three instalments – with no interest!

I have a discount code. How do I add it to my order?

You can add a discount code to your order in your bag – just look for the ‘add discount code’ link.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us first. Tap the help button in the bottom-right corner to get in touch.

Please bear in mind that paying by bank transfer will take longer than paying by PayPal or Klarna – we won’t be able to despatch your order until the funds have arrived in our bank account.

Do you charge VAT (value-added tax)?

Nope, we don’t currently charge VAT!

I’m having problems ordering. Help!
