What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards using Stripe, and you can also buy now, pay later with Klarna.

Don’t forget – you can also use Pink Points you earned from previous orders! Read more about how Pink Points work here.

I have a discount code. How do I add it to my order?

You can add a discount code to your order in your bag – just look for the ‘add discount code’ link.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us first. Tap the help button in the bottom-right corner to get in touch.

Do you charge VAT (value-added tax)?

No, we don’t charge VAT.

I’m having problems ordering. Help!
