How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery pricing is simple:

For delivery outside the UK, tracking isn’t included as standard but can be added on for an additional £3 – just look for the ‘Tracked’ delivery option at checkout.

Please note that if you live outside the UK, you may be charged import duty or VAT by your country’s tax authority. You will usually be asked to pay this either just before or on delivery.

When will my order arrive?

First, check that your order is marked as 'completed' in your account. All orders start off as 'processing' and are marked as 'completed' when they're on their way to you.

When your order's despatched, and marked as 'completed', this is how long it should take to reach you:

We despatch orders on Mondays* and Thursdays.

For example, if you order on a Friday, your order will be despatched on the following Monday and should arrive on Tuesday (for UK deliveries). If you order on a Monday, your order will generally be despatched on Thursday and should arrive on Friday (also for UK deliveries).

You should get an email from us when your order's on its way, and you may get another email with a tracking number too. No emails? Check your spam folder just in case they're in there.

* When it's a Bank Holiday Monday, we'll despatch your order on the Tuesday instead.

Is your packaging discreet?

By default, no – the What A Drag logo appears on most of our packaging.

If you want something a little more discreet, tap the help button in the bottom-right corner to get in touch.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

My order is ‘processing’. What does that mean?

If your order is marked as ‘processing’, it means your order was successful and we’ll despatch it on the following Monday or Thursday, whichever’s earlier.

My order is ‘completed’. What does that mean?

We mark your order as ‘completed’ when we’ve dropped it off at the Post Office. This means your order is on its way and should arrive shortly (check the table above to see how long it’ll take).

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

First, login to your account and check the status of your order.

If your order’s ‘completed’ but hasn’t arrived within the time frame shown in the table above, tap the help button in the bottom-right corner to get in touch.
