Where do you deliver to?

How can I get free delivery?

To qualify for free delivery, your order must be at least:

  • £30 for UK deliveries
  • £60 for European deliveries
  • £90 for deliveries elsewhere

When will I get my items?

We aim to despatch all orders the next working day (including Saturdays) using Royal Mail.

You should get an email from us when your order's on its way - check your spam or junk folder just in case it went in there. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Here's how long the different delivery options can take to arrive:

Please note that these are delivery aims and not guarantees, so they might take a little longer to arrive in some cases.

If you ordered with free UK shipping, we'll send your order 1st Class, meaning it should arrive the next working day (including Saturday).

Is your packaging discreet?

By default, no – we seal every parcel with a cute What A Drag label.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

My order is ‘processing’. What does that mean?

If your order is marked as ‘processing’, it means we’re in the process of packing and sending your order. We always aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible – most often the next working day – but sometimes there may be a slight delay.

My order is ‘completed’. What does that mean?

We mark your order as ‘completed’ when we’ve dropped it off at the Post Office. This means your order is on its way and should arrive shortly (check the table above to see how long it’ll take).

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

First, log in to your account and check to see what the status of your order is.

If your order’s ‘completed’ but hasn’t arrived within the time frame shown in the table above, tap the help button in the bottom-right corner to get in touch.
