How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery pricing is simple:

When will my order arrive?

First, check that your order is marked as 'completed' in your account. All orders start off as 'processing' and are marked as 'completed' when they're on their way to you.

This table shows when you can expect your order to arrive:

We aim to despatch all orders the next working day (including Saturdays, but not Bank Holidays) using Royal Mail.

For example, if you order on a Friday, your order will generally be despatched on Saturday and should arrive on Monday (for UK deliveries). If you order on a Monday, your order will generally be despatched on Tuesday and should arrive on Wednesday (also for UK deliveries).

You should get an email from us when your order's on its way, and you may get another email with a tracking number too. No emails? Check your spam folder just in case they're in there.

Is your packaging discreet?

By default, no – we seal every parcel with a cute What A Drag label and our name appears on the postage label.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

My order is ‘processing’. What does that mean?

If your order is marked as ‘processing’, it means we’re in the process of packing and sending your order. We always aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible – most often the next working day – but sometimes there may be a slight delay.

My order is ‘completed’. What does that mean?

We mark your order as ‘completed’ when we’ve dropped it off at the Post Office. This means your order is on its way and should arrive shortly (check the table above to see how long it’ll take).

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

First, login to your account and check the status of your order.

If your order’s ‘completed’ but hasn’t arrived within the time frame shown in the table above, tap the help button in the bottom-right corner to get in touch.
