What else are you planning on doing?

We’ve got lots of exciting plans for the future! Keep an eye on our blog or our Instagram to keep up-to-date.

What happened to the monthly subscriptions?

We’re no longer providing new monthly subscriptions for lashes. But if you’ve already signed up to receive lashes monthly, we’ll continue to send them out each month as normal.

Are your eyelashes vegan?

Yes, our eyelashes are 100% animal free. We only use – and will only ever use – synthetic fibres to make our fluffy beauties.


How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards using Stripe or PayPal. We also accept direct bank transfers – we’ll give you the details for what to do when you checkout.

No matter how you choose to pay, we won’t charge you any transaction fees.

I’m having problems ordering. Help!

Don’t panic! Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you out. The more you can tell us about what’s going wrong, the better we’ll be able to help you.


How can I get free delivery?

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30. Just add £30-worth of items to your basket and the ‘free shipping’ option will be available.

Where do you deliver to?

Anywhere in the world! Except the US and Canada (sorry).

When will I get my items?

We aim to despatch all orders the next working day (including Saturdays) using Royal Mail. You should get an email from us when your order's on its way - check your spam or junk folder just in case it went in there.

The time it takes for your items to arrive will depend on the delivery option you chose when you placed your order.

Here's how long the different delivery options can take to arrive:

Please note that these are delivery aims and not guarantees, so they might take a little longer to arrive in some cases.

If you ordered a wig with free shipping, we'll send it 1st Class Signed For, meaning it should arrive the next working day (including Saturday).

All other orders with free shipping are sent 2nd Class (for the UK) and International Economy (for everywhere else).

If you need guaranteed delivery, please contact us before you order as this option isn’t available by default.

My items haven’t arrived. What do I do?

Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note: If you buy a pre-order item along with something else, we’ll despatch them all at the same time. So you may have to wait a little longer for the other item. If you don’t want the pre-order to hold the other item up, make sure you order it separately.


How do I become an affiliate?

If you’re interested in becoming a What A Drag affiliate, join our influencer community on Facebook for details.

How does it work?

When you sign-up and your application’s approved, we’ll give you a discount code which you can share with your followers. You can see your discount code by logging in to your affiliates dashboard.

The discount code will give your followers 10% off their purchases, and earn you 10% commission on whatever they spend!

Then, on or around the 26th of each month, we’ll transfer the commission you’ve earned so far to you via PayPal (or direct bank transfer if you don’t have PayPal).

(Please note that PayPal transfers will be subject to a fee of 3.4% + 20p.)

Can I have a different coupon code?

We try to pick the best coupon code for you when you’re first approved as an affiliate but we might not always get it right. And in some cases, the code you want might already be taken.

If you want a different coupon code, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Bear in mind that if you change your code and someone tries to use the old one, you won’t get any commission for that sale.
